Received this book, and it’s great. I love it.With that said, it’s not for people who find adult language offensive. I would like to think the title is a good hint. But for those of us with full mature adult vocabularies, it’s a great book. Interesting topics, well presented, and really entertaining. As a bonus, you’ll probably learn something. Or a bunch of somethings.Great book.

The Capt is correct; I didn’t learn about any of these in school. I even excelled in History! Cool little back stories to things you never give much thought about. The Captain has an ability when writing that makes you feel like you’re right across the booth from him, or sitting around a firepit, listening to him. He draws you in, gives you life lessons and you don’t even realize it. He is a true storyteller. This book is a great read – take along on vacay, to the beach, under a huge maple tree, and read.

This book is a jewel. The Captain is quite free with the F word, but the historic events are interesting, funny, lots of pirates, women 🏴‍☠️🦜😁If you want to know about the world’s ‘heros’, get the book

I always loved the writings of “The Captain” on Instagram and just recently found out he was writing books! Each story is amazing. They are thought provoking, hilarious and I am learning something. We. I absolutely love it! Plus I love how each story is short which is perfect since I have a short attention span!

I love this book & honestly, if our textbooks could have been written with the same humor as this book, I may have become a historian! Thanks for the laughs. Excellent coffee table or guest room book!

This is not your normal history book as they go. It is more of a guide on what not to do, or if you have done it once, you certainly don’t want to do it again!
